By engaging Sofia Interiors for supply, you agree to the following terms:

Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are valid for 30 days. Final pricing may be subject to changes in material availability, delivery logistics, or scope variations.

Payment terms - 30 days EOM 

A 30% payment is required to initiate all orders. The remaining balance is due over the duration of the project once the product is delivered and installed on strict 30 day end of month terms.  

Supply & Delivery
Delivery timelines are project-specific. We aim to meet all deadlines in line with your project schedule. Delays due to external suppliers will be communicated promptly.

Refunds & Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days for unused, unopened items in original packaging. Custom orders and installed goods are non-refundable. A restocking fee of 15% may apply.

Warranties

All products are covered by manufacturer warranties up to 20 years.

Liability
Sofia Interiors is not liable for damages arising from improper handling, storage, or installation by third parties.
